Elaina Maness
<span style="line-height: 20.8px;">Elaina got hooked on childcare as a high school student when she started working in a nursery school in the afternoon. It was the development of their speech that particularly enticed her. She loved it when they said things like "me turn" or "her did it." Due to her positive experience she studied Education at the University of Maryland. She has worked as a Kindergarten teacher and an Assistant Director. Elaina says the 20 years at KinderCare has flown by. Elaina thinks the next 20 years will be even better! She believes she builds children's self esteem by displaying lots of their classwork along with pictures of the children. Parents also are proud of the children's accomplishments. Elaina adds different books to the calendar each month to enhance learning as well. The best part of her experience is when current or former parents tell us how we made their day! She loves hearing of the academic success from children who have gone on the elementary school!</span>
