Elaina Maness
<span style="line-height: 20.8px;">Elaina got hooked on childcare as a high school student when she started working in a nursery school in the afternoon. It was the development of their speech that particularly enticed her. She loved it when they said things like "me turn" or "her did it." Due to her positive experience she studied Education at the University of Maryland. She has worked as a Kindergarten teacher and an Assistant Director. Elaina says the 20 years at KinderCare has flown by. Elaina thinks the next 20 years will be even better! She believes she builds children's self esteem by displaying lots of their classwork along with pictures of the children. Parents also are proud of the children's accomplishments. Elaina adds different books to the calendar each month to enhance learning as well. The best part of her experience is when current or former parents tell us how we made their day! She loves hearing of the academic success from children who have gone on the elementary school!</span>

Davina Hopkins
Ms. Davina was so pleased with the way her daughter was taught and brought up at KinderCare and wants others to have the same great experience! Davina loves planning center events. She enjoys doing the charity events like St. Jude's trikeathon and March of Dimes. She has a great love of literature and especially enjoys Dr. Seuss books. Davina loves sharing her knowledge of children and is great at giving families advice.<br />

Ms. Soudi
Ms. Soudi loves getting her room ready in the morning for her babies! She loves greeting them and getting their day started off with a smile and a very special "good morning". She has a special touch for infants and has been in demand by families over the years, as they want their new baby to experience learning with Ms. Soudi!

Ms. Aquanetta
Ms. Aquanetta enjoys the Toddlers so much! She has been able to be a part of many lives in our center. When a child walks by her room who has been in her class before, Ms. Aquanetta makes it a point to peek out the door and say hello! I enjoy having her here at our center!

Ms. Cynthia enjoys the children in her class! Helping them learn new things and seeing them to move on to the next step in their development is key to her! She loves planning fun curriculum activities for the children. She is an important part of our program here!
